Your profile and Reels
Profile
Section titled “Profile”
Your profile holds:
- Your name and contact details. The contact number is what a branch uses to reach you about a takeout or delivery order, so keep it current.
- Your language — English, Russian or Uzbek. It changes the whole app.
- Sign-in methods — every way into your account. Keep at least two; see Your account.
- Sign out on this device.
Reels is a feed of short videos posted by restaurants — a dish being made, a new special, the room on a busy evening.
Swipe up for the next one. You can:
- Like a reel
- Comment on it
- Subscribe to a restaurant, so more of theirs reaches you
- Open the author to see everything that restaurant has posted
Reels and ordering
Section titled “Reels and ordering”Reels is a discovery surface, not a second menu. Everything you see is posted by a real branch on Sitora, so a reel is a reasonable way to find somewhere new — but to order, you still go to the Menu tab and choose that branch.
Comments
Section titled “Comments”Comments are moderated by the restaurant that posted the reel. A content manager at that branch can hide a comment or a whole reel. If yours disappears, that is who decided, not Sitora.
Ordinary courtesy applies. Restaurants read these.
