Sitora Courier
Sitora Courier is the app you use to deliver food. It is deliberately small: you are doing one thing at a time — waiting for work, or carrying an order — so the app shows one thing at a time.

Three things decide whether you can work
Section titled “Three things decide whether you can work”Understanding these saves a lot of confusion about why an offer did or did not arrive.
1. Sitora’s requirements. A fixed checklist: your details, a verified phone, being over eighteen, an identity document, a driving licence if your vehicle needs one, and accepting the current courier terms. Nobody at Sitora approves you — the list is checked automatically each time, so finishing the last item makes you eligible immediately, and letting a document lapse stops you the same way. 2. A restaurant’s approval. Restaurants approve their own couriers, in person: they check your ID, look at your thermal bag, and decide. A restaurant cannot approve you if Sitora has suspended you.
3. Whether you can take this job. Checked at the moment of each offer: are you on shift, do you already have a job, are your offers paused, and — for cash orders — are you clear to carry cash.
Being off shift means off
Section titled “Being off shift means off”When you are off shift the app does nothing: it is not polling, not tracking, not spending your battery or your data. Going on shift is what starts it.
Ending your shift stops it again. Do that when you finish rather than closing the app.
Navigation is your own map app
Section titled “Navigation is your own map app”Sitora works out distances and fees. It does not draw routes, and it never will — your map app knows the roads and the traffic. Navigate on a job hands the destination to it.
What the app will never ask of you
Section titled “What the app will never ask of you”- It will never ask you to mark an order paid. You cannot, by design.
- It will never ask you to confirm you collected an order. A member of staff confirms the handover at the counter.
- It will never show you a customer’s details before you accept. Payout and distance are what you decide on; the address is yours once the job is.
