Sitora Biz for owners

Sitora Biz is the owner’s app. It answers the questions an owner actually has — how is the business doing, which branch needs attention, who has access to what, and what is this costing — rather than being a larger version of the staff app.

An owner who wants to work a shift uses Sitora Pro. That is a different job, so it is a different app.

People Who works where, in what role, doing what
Control What decisions are waiting for me, and what happened

Above them sits your restaurant name — tap it to switch, if you control more than one — plus alerts, the assistant, and your account.

Consequential actions are approvals, not toggles. Pausing a branch, suspending someone’s access, archiving a branch — each states its consequence, asks for a reason, and asks you to hold rather than tap.

You never edit history. Audit streams are readable and permanent. If something was wrong, the correction is a new record. This protects you as much as anyone: a record that can be edited is a record nobody can rely on in a dispute.

Limits are explained, not just enforced. When your plan blocks something, the app tells you what the limit is, where you are against it, and what would unblock it.

You request; Sitora executes. Plan changes go to Sitora’s billing queue. You cannot silently move yourself between plans, and neither can anyone else move you.

Currencies are never silently added together. If your branches take different currencies, totals are shown separately rather than summed into a misleading number.

  • Not an operational workspace. No taking orders, no confirming payments, no cooking queue. Use Sitora Pro.
  • Not a reporting tool. Reports answer specific owner questions; they are not a general query surface.
  • Not a payroll system. Staff activity and earnings are estimates derived from operational records.

Biz shows you the onboarding request form instead of the owner workspace. See Getting set up.

If your owner access is removed, Biz says so plainly rather than showing an empty workspace. That is a change someone made deliberately — usually a restaurant ownership change.
